Siasconset Part 1

Siasconset, or Sconset, is on the east end of Nantucket and is the easternmost village in the U.S. The first residences there were fishermen’s cottages, some of which still stand and pre-date the American Revolution. The residences that followed retained the small scale of the cottages and make Sconset very aesthetically pleasing. Many houses also have rose trellises on their walls and roof. I first visited there two weeks ago on our island tour and went back again yesterday.

I wonder why they don't bury the power lines.
